AlertTraveler®: Content Organizer
Does your department head need to know when a faculty member registers a trip for a conference? Perhaps the college’s Dean should be notified when an incident occurs. You can now choose a profile attribute on which to base access and notifications.
Within the AlertTraveler® app, travelers will now see any questionnaires/forms, learning/essential content, and materials, including signature forms, for all current and future travel. Learning/essential content as well as signature documents/forms can be viewed and signed (or marked as read) within the app. For travelers using a Terra Dotta Travel Registry site to register trips, forms can also be completed using the AlertTraveler® app (this functionality will be available for Terra Dotta Study Abroad users in the future).
Content Organizer Setup
”Content Organizer” available for all AlertTraveler® clients.
"Content Organizer" is accessed from AlertTraveler > Content Organizer for Terra Dotta Study Abroad users.
Terra Dotta Travel Registry users access "Content Organizer" via Travel Admin > Content Organizer.
Within “Content Organizer” you can
- Create folders to organize content
- Drag and drop the content in the desired folder
- See what content is organized
- Filter content by type, name, and whether or not it’s in folder
Content Organizer: A Travelers Perspective
Using the hamburger menu within the AlertTraveler® app, travelers will select “Content Organizer” to access their content.
The toggle menu in the upper right allows the traveler to choose between accessing current content only or current and future content.
Tapping a folder I’ll show the content within.
Tapping the name of an item will open it, allowing it to be read and completed/signed.
