The Terra Dotta Agreements Management 20.2 Release was installed on client production sites on June 27 and 28, 2020. This release includes some significant enhancements to agreements management functionality, including the ability to email contacts, updating agreements and forms via imports and private forms, as well as Analytics improvements.

Date Format Matches Local Preference
Submitting and managing proposals and agreements is more user friendly than ever as date formats now match localized standards. The localized date format will be displayed in proposals and agreements as well as honored on imports.
Whether you're looking to email partners for updated agreement details or to inquire about campus planning, communication can now be sent directly from Agreements Management. Along with sending communication directly from the system, you can also view a log of the emails sent, including when, by whom, and the content.
Need to update a partner for multiple agreements? Perhaps you need to add a data point to multiple agreement forms. Updates to agreements and forms can now be done via import, including publishing agreements!
Take notes, house internal use data, and more with the new Private Forms. Deployed via workflows, Private Forms can be agreement specific and are reportable using Analytics.
Welcome to the Resource Center
The Terra Dotta Resource Center is a brand new, convenient way to access Terra Dotta’s support services. It puts the Knowledgebase, forums, announcements, and the ticket system right at your fingertips without the need to navigate to the Support Portal. The Resource Center is always available to administrative users in the Agreements Admin group. It appears when clicking on a badge in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window when logged into Terra Dotta.
More robust instructions are now available with the addition of rich text for form instructions! Link to external resources, bring attention to extra important details, and more with the updated form instruction options.
Organized partner lists is a key to an efficient office With the updated Contact List you can see the contacts for each partner, send emails (history log included), and easily access all proposals and agreements from one central location.
Analytics has been updated to provide even more functionality and power. Along with stacked line charts and calculations, additional security measures have been put in place to limit access to query information.
