The Terra Dotta Agreements Management 20.3 Release was installed on client production sites on October 26, 2020. This release provides usability enhancements for the proposer and admin, as well as Analytics improvements.

Templates are now deployed using workflows, allowing you to further customize your proposal process. Mark file upload submissions as required and provide a particular spot for each file to be housed. Create your template, deploy it using workflows, and mark it as required or optional. As easy as 1, 2, 3!
Quickly and efficiently share agreements with your partners with the new "Send to Network" feature. Sharing via the Network provides for easy collaboration with partners while allowing for a more seamless Nomination process.
With more and more work being done on smartphones and tablets, it’s important for your users to easily navigate their proposals and agreements. Collapsible forms offer this by allowing the user to collapse forms while moving between them instead of continuously scrolling. Completed forms will automatically be collapsed upon returning to the proposal, providing the proposer and admin alike a visual indicator that items remain incomplete. Collapsible forms are available in both the proposer and admin interfaces.
Keep your approval chains moving in a timely manner by designating a default approver group. If a decision isn’t submitted in the desired timeframe, members of your default approvers group will be notified and able to submit a decision on behalf of the original approver.
Analytics has been updated to provide even more functionality and power. Dual Y-Axis and bubble charts enhance visualization options while dynamic filters round out the Analytics enhancements, allowing for greater reporting and customization options all within one report.
