Trip registrations can be submitted a multitude of ways, from forwarding a trip confirmation email, to manual entry by the traveler, to a delegate entering the trip, and all the way to the trip being imported (hello travel agency integration!). Whether you need to simply report on this information, deploy items such as a custom email receipt, or notify someone, method of trip creation can now be used as a basis when creating workflows. Trip creation method will also show for admins trip details and Analytics.
Trips can change at a moment’s notice and it’s important for registrations to reflect those changes. Those changes can sometimes impact the original approval decision(s). If a traveler or admin edits trip details, the trip will be required to continue through the approval process again, this time with the updated trip details.
- Reorganize Workflows
- Drag and drop or use the numbering options to organize your workflows using whatever method makes the most sense for your office.
- Search Workflows
- Whether you have 1 or 31 workflows, the new keyword search allows you to easily search names and configurations of all workflows, including “IF” statement criteria, deployed items, and approval chains.
- Collapse and Expand Workflow Details
- When managing those 31 workflows, a good description is all you need to know one from another, so collapse them as necessary to help navigate.
With more and more work being done on smartphones and tablets, it’s important for your travelers to easily navigate their registrations. Collapsible forms offers this by allowing the traveler to collapse forms while moving between them instead of continuously scrolling. Completed form will automatically be collapsed upon returning to the registration, providing the traveler and admin alike a visual indicator that items remain incomplete. Collapsible forms are available in both the traveler and admin interfaces.
Analytics has been updated to provide even more functionality and power. Dual Y-Axis and bubble charts enhance visualization options while itinerary details, such as hotel and flight information, are available using the “Reservations” data source. Dynamic filters rounds out the Analytics enhancements, allowing for greater reporting and customization options all within one report.
