Embedding Guides with Site Builder
The Explorer Guides and Discover page offers a range of new options for helping your students find programs that meet their needs! To get started with sharing guides, first:
- Create one or more program guides (see Engage: Creating and Managing Guides)
- Adjust your preferences for the appearance of the program guide selector interface (see Engage: Guide Settings > Program Guide)
- Adjust your preferences for the appearance of the program explorer interface (see Engage: Guide Settings > Program Explorer)
- To embed the guide interface, the site must also be using the site builder format (see The Site Builder for Terra Dotta Study Abroad)
Once these steps are completed, from the Admin Console, visit Settings > Site Builder. Either create a new page or open an existing page to edit.
From the Engage category on the right side, drag the "Explorer Guide" block over to the page. Save and publish the page to have it appear on the public site. (For more on using Site Builder, see The Site Builder for Terra Dotta Study Abroad.)
This will include all elements of the Explorer Guide and Discovery rows (as outlined in green below).
