The Terra Dotta Study Abroad 22.3 Release was installed on client production sites on October 8, 2022. With a continued focus on enhancing the Study Abroad product and delivering on client-requested improvements, we are excited to share our latest new and updated functionality.

New & Updated Functionality

A centralized system from which administrators can configure their site's user groups, the members of these groups, and the permissions associated with these groups.
User Management includes:
- The ability to create new groups by copying permissions and users from existing groups.
- The introduction of System Groups, a series of functional, role-based groups which receive new permissions automatically.
- An opportunity to invite multiple users to a group at once, including those who need to complete registration, and easily track pending invitations.

Your feedback matters! Thanks to client engagement in our Community Forums, the following additional updates have been delivered.
In the Applicant Experience, application page instructions will now display as expanded by default anytime the applicant is on the application page.

Add this link to your list of favorites! The table of contents indexes all Study Abroad Knowledgebase (KB) articles. New articles are added and linked on a regular basis. Existing articles are routinely updated and republished in line with development.

- Study Abroad Learning Channel. This channel includes learning resources for new staff as well as features, such as the Site Builder, the Admin Console, Deployment Rules, the Advising Program, and Reviewers Management.
